Investor Relations Associate - Metro Atlanta

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Associate to join a growing team. This role involves being the first point of contact for high-net-worth clients and real estate investors, guiding them through a seamless onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build lasting relationships.

The Investor Relations Associate will design and refine an onboarding process tailored to luxury clients and investors, creating personalized plans to meet their unique needs, specifically to:

Manage client relationships, collaborating with marketing to ensure clients are engaged across multiple platforms and educating them on services offered
Work with the investment team to onboard investors, ensuring they understand their portfolios and gather necessary documentation
Provide excellent customer service, using CRM software to track progress, and leveraging digital tools like virtual tours and webinars to enhance the client experience

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business major
Experience in customer service or client relations, ideally in luxury services
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM tools are essential
Familiarity with real estate or high-end industries is a plus
