Job Summary:

The Service Coordinator will provide internal support for the Service Mgr.’s within the designated region.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily, with or without accommodations. Essential Job Functions:

Review of all job/project cost estimates to ensure completeness and accuracy
Enter all projects in viewpoint and follow company SOPs for viewpoint entry
Develop/refine templates and assumptions used and establish best practice processes
Evaluate and update overhead burden assumptions for job costing for service division
Forecast and schedule billings based on project schedule and timeline duration of project in timely manner
Schedule labor calendar and attend internal meetings as required for labor scheduling with master labor sheet
Manage service inventory within warehouse related to service
File and manage all associated documents and folders in respected SharePoint folder
Create close out and submittal documents for client approval/review and documentation for H2I
Maintain open communication with all parties involved in the project. Providing timely, professional written responses to customer's inquiries concerning product, schedules, installation, conflicts problems, vendors, etc., as required.
Other duties as assigned.

To successfully perform this job the employee should possess strong technical and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
Be detail-oriented, conscientious, and self-motivated.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, hear, and speak to use the telephone and to communicate with individuals both inside and outside the organization.
Effectively communicate and follow oral and written instructions, and possess arm, hand, and finger dexterity to use when reaching, handling, grasping, or using a keyboard.
The employee is regularly required to sit, walk, and stand.
The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds

Normal Indoor Office Environment
