Position Overview

Equipment Operator

$19.00-$21.00 per hour depending on experience

Must have valid Driver's License

We are currently looking to add a dynamic Equipment Operator to our passionate team of tree care professionals. Your office is outdoors, and you get a new view every day!

Job Duties

What You’ll Do:

Position involve operating a mobile equipment during tree removal on residential and commercial work places
Responsible for equipment and crew safety with removing trees on residential and commercial work sites.
Applicant must have general knowledge of different mobile equipment used for tree removal.
Assist in all job functions as a member of the crew.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Love of the outdoors
Ability to complete the Davey Tree Trimmer Orientation Program upon hire
Ability to complete the Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Required: Valid driver’s license with Class A
Preferred: Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if required by state law
Preferred: ISA Certified Arborist ®, ISA Certified Tree Worker ®, and/or TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional ®
