We are looking for another dedicated person to join our team. We have an immediate opening for a full-time HR Generalist in Springboro, Ohio. If you have a passion for excellence and would like to join a stable, growing company, then we'd like to talk to you.

Duties

The HR Generalist position assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations in OH of the HR Department. Duties include; however, not limited to:

Recruitment and Retention

Post job openings, screen candidates, proctor assessments and initially interviews candidates to ensure top talent skills and cultural fit.
Work with leadership to schedule interviews for candidates, ensuring clear, concise communication throughout hiring process.
Prepare offer letters and present to candidates. Manage the process of onboarding candidates for a seamless first day of employment.
Works with leadership and requests temporary employees, as needed.
Administers incentive and recognition programs such as Hardy Heroes, monthly birthday recognition and posting photos on company TV.
Oversees Wellness and Fun Committees; including, budgets, events (Health Fair) and involves employees for motivation and engagement.

Organization Development

Assists with coordinating various trainings for employees, i.e., Harassment Prevention and LEAN.
Schedules and oversees annual Leadership Retreat and other trainings, as needed.

HR Department Administration

Processes and tracks FMLA - Leaves of Absences.
Oversees breakroom vending machine.
Processes new hire paperwork and files in HRIS system.
Purchases fruit for employees weekly.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as are intermediate skills in MS Office Suite. An Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
