ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Effectively manages and oversees multiple accounts and all of the associated projects and deliverables with a cross-functional team to ensure they are on strategy, on time, on budget and in alignment with client expectations
- Primary macro account point of contact for clients and partner agencies, with deep understanding of stakeholders' needs; navigates relationships for the mutual benefit of our clients and Global Prairie
- Grows an account portfolio consisting of multiple client accounts through both organic growth and new business identification
- In partnership with cross-functional account leadership, takes accountability for all of an account’s final strategic recommendations, deliverables and account outcomes
- Guides internal account teams through changes in direction, with an ability to reframe and/or pivot from a recommendation with strategic foresight and ease
- Authors and confidently presents account/project strategy to clients, in partnership with cross-functional leads.
- Reviews client-ready deliverables from cross-functional team and provides actionable feedback and suggestions to arrive at a final product; ensures deliverable is in a client-ready state for senior account leadership to review, as needed
- Approves billing and project invoices for all assigned accounts
- Approves and takes accountability for account financial health, including invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, investing, write-offs, and staffing
- Maintains deep understanding of the macro industry with which a client account is associated for the benefit of offering best in class strategic consultation
- Keeps clients satisfied and confident in the support of our Global Prairie team
- Maintains advanced knowledge of marketing and technology tools to identify new opportunities for organic growth.
- Drives net new business efforts as requested by functional team leadership.
- As staffing needs arise, fulfills the responsibilities and role of a Manager, while proactively seeking staffing solutions to appropriately delegate Manager-level work
Additionally, the ideal candidate meets these qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional work experience
- Prior roles in marketing, communications, data science, consulting or a related field
- Deep, proven knowledge and expertise in agriculture
- Prior experience leading cross-functional teams in the execution of fully integrated, 360 degree marketing campaigns across traditional and digital media
- Experience orchestrating and overseeing paid media campaigns in partnership with a media buying team
- Willingness and availability to travel periodically
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown. - Expected Compensation Range: $95,000 – $140,000

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS
The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion. Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle. This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
