Are you an Occupational Therapist (OT) looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of older adults? 💙 If so, we’d love for you to join our employee-owned team at Autumn Green at Wright Campus in Chicago, IL!

📢 About This Opportunity:This is a PRN position to cover on weekdays, starting in April!

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

As an Occupational Therapist (OT) with Symbria, you’ll:✔️ Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to your patients' needs.✔️ Supervise and guide Occupational Therapist Assistants.✔️ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.✔️ Maintain productivity standards and complete documentation.✔️ Help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life!

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.✅ Valid OT license in Illinois (or pending for new grads).✅ Flexibility to work weekdays.✅ Prior experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehab is a plus—but not required!
