A Brief Overview
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Wood-Mizer is a hands-on role responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This individual will develop, implement, and manage digital advertising, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and email marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This position also plays a key role in shaping digital strategy and analyzing campaign performance to maximize ROI.

What you will do
- Digital Advertising & Campaign Management:
- Plan, create, and manage paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and display networks.
- Optimize paid media strategies, adjusting bids, targeting, and ad creatives for improved performance.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to maximize conversions.
- Track and analyze ad performance, providing regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Content Marketing & Copywriting:
- Develop compelling ad copy, website content, email campaigns, and blog articles aligned with brand messaging.
- Collaborate with design teams to create engaging digital content for social media, ads, and web pages.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve organic visibility and traffic.
- SEO & Website Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and visibility.
- Analyze and optimize website user experience (UX) to increase conversions and engagement.
- Work with developers to implement technical SEO improvements.
- Email Marketing & Automation:
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Create audience segmentation strategies to personalize email content and increase engagement.
- Monitor and optimize email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Marketing Strategy & Analytics:
- Analyze campaign performance data to develop insights and improve future marketing efforts.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing spend and customer acquisition strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Required
Experience Qualifications
- 4-6 years Hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing. Required
- 4-6 years of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and website CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce). Required
Skills and Abilities
- Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM/email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo). (High proficiency)
- Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance. (High proficiency)
- Copywriting and content creation skills. (Medium proficiency)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. (Medium proficiency)
