Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable Personnel

THIS IS AN ENTRY/INTERMEDIATE LEVEL POSITION: We are currently searching for a FULL TIME dual position in Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payable to assist in our financials department.

Responsibilities

Processing lien waivers.
Routine collection calls for payment status.
Collections on accounts before they become past due.
Notify management on past due accounts.
Create invoices for completed services.
Communicate with mortgage and insurance companies concerning payments.
Use of management software for documentation in customer files.
Processing bills to be paid.
Communication with vendors.

Requirements

Experience using Quick Books
Experience using Microsoft Office and Excel
Professional appearance and verbal skills
Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation
Strong computer skills
