About the Role

Parametrix is offering an outstanding career opportunity for a Bridge & Structures Engineer to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will play a key part in project delivery and client engagement. Our Bridge & Structures team plays a crucial role in enhancing our transportation division by supporting clients in designing, inspecting, and maintaining bridges, retaining walls, and other specialized structures.

You will:

This role emphasizes project delivery and client engagement in collaboration with Senior Bridge professionals and Senior Transportation leaders.
Support project delivery for bridge design and rehabilitation projects for the ITD and local agencies, assisting senior engineers with technical tasks and coordination.
Serve as a local contact for clients and project partners, helping to maintain strong working relationships and ensuring effective day-to-day communication.
Assist with the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E), while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality transportation infrastructure solutions.

You Have:

5+ years of experience with a specialization in bridge & structures. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Idaho required.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
Experience coordinating with DOTs or local agencies, with a strong understanding of project delivery processes.
Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $100,000-$120,000.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. Our compensation structure prioritizes transparency and internal pay equity.
