YOUR IMPACT

Design and execute learning programs that align with business goals.
Manage internal knowledge-sharing systems ensuring expertise, tools, and insights are documented, accessible, and actionable.
Foster communities of practice and cross-functional knowledge exchange.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Learning & Development

Implement learning programs and resources to support employee growth and company processes.
Identify training needs and conduct skills gap analyses.
Create and deliver scalable training (onboarding, technical skills, leadership development).
Collaborate with HR, IT, Legal, and Project Management to align learning programs with firm policies and industry standards.
Maintain and curate a centralized library of firm policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
Coordinate with IT and HR to track employee acknowledgement of critical documents.
Integrate intranet platforms for unified policy dissemination and compliance tracking.

Knowledge Community Management

Identify and prioritize high-impact focus areas (sustainability, innovation, and technical excellence).
Launch and support communities of practice.
Plan and create a searchable database for cross-disciplinary access.
Manage accessibility and maintenance of digital platforms housing critical documents and resources.
Implement lifecycle processes for high-value content (project summaries, templates, SOPs).
Work with marketing to develop internal campaigns to increase awareness and usage of knowledge-sharing platforms.
Provide input on technology systems, and emerging tools for learning and collaboration.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with leadership, HR, marketing, and department leaders to support firm-wide priorities.
Act as a connector across the organization, breaking down silos and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

5+ years of professional experience in learning and development, knowledge management, or a related field.
Experience in the A/E/C industry strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational development, education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Expertise in instructional design, adult learning theory, and digital learning tools.
Proven ability to build and lead communities of practice.
Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital collaboration tools (SharePoint, MS Teams, Synthesis).
Experience with content lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with application development and database administration is a plus.
Ability to work independently, lead cross-functional projects, and manage competing priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
