THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a results-driven paid search channel manager to join the Global Prairie team. In this role, you will lead paid search efforts—primarily within Google Ads—helping clients achieve meaningful performance outcomes through thoughtful strategy and strong execution. You’ll be responsible for turning business goals into effective paid search approaches and continually optimizing campaigns to improve efficiency and results. Working in close collaboration with creative partners, strategists and client partnership leads, you’ll ensure paid search integrates seamlessly into broader marketing strategies.

Strong candidates for this specific role will demonstrate:
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, including account setup, keyword strategy, ad copy, bidding, budgeting, optimization, and conversion tracking
- A proven ability to deliver strong performance results, consistently hitting or improving ROAS and CPA targets across multiple accounts
- Strategic and executional strength, with the ability to translate business goals into effective paid search approaches and testing frameworks
- Confidence analyzing performance dashboards and reports and presenting insights and recommendations to VP-level stakeholders
- Agency experience with the agility to manage multiple accounts and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset and effective communication, working closely with media planners, creative partners, and client partnership leads to ensure paid search integrates into broader marketing strategies
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Owns the day-to-day management and optimization of paid search campaigns, primarily within Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads
- Develops and executes paid search strategies aligned to client business objectives and broader media plans
- Manages keywords, budgets, bidding strategies, ad copy, and testing initiatives to drive continual performance improvement
- Monitors performance against key KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scale results
- Analyzes campaign data and prepares clear, actionable performance reports and recommendations
- Supports and, in many cases, leads the completion of internal and client-facing deliverables to meet high quality standards and deadlines.
- Presents insights and strategic recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders, including VP-level audiences
- Collaborates cross-functionally with Client Partnership, Creative, and Strategy teams to deliver integrated performance marketing solutions
- Troubleshoots performance issues and proactively identifies optimization opportunities across accounts
Additionally, the ideal candidate meets these qualifications:
- 3+ years of paid search management experience, with prior roles in an agency or other fast-paced setting and demonstrated increasing responsibility
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads
- Experience presenting performance results and strategic recommendations to senior or executive-level stakeholders
- Demonstrates curiosity and ideation around how AI can support paid search workflows, including keyword research, automation, and optimization
- Experience with paid social platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok are a plus
- Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is a plus
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown. - Expected Compensation Range: $75,000 – $90,000

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS
The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion. Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle. This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
