As a Senior Financial Analyst for North America, based in McKinney, Texas, you will play a key role in advancing our financial planning, analysis, and business intelligence capabilities. You will support the North America Finance organization by building actionable insights, strengthening our financial systems, and contributing to strategic planning, forecasting, monthly close, and operational reporting. Your work will directly influence how Pressure Management executes its long‑term strategy.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Develop, enhance, and lead business intelligence solutions that support financial and operational decision ‑ making.
- Collaborate with end users to translate business needs into functional system and reporting requirements.
- Review existing finance processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Support the North America Leadership Team with quarterly President’s Operating Report (POR) materials, annual budgets, long ‑ term forecasts, and Kind of Business (KOB) and Product Line reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and safeguard company assets.
- Analyze monthly financial and operational results, key performance indicators, and balance sheet activity, partnering with stakeholders to drive timely corrective actions.
- Recommend and apply analytic methods for evaluating investment projects and support stretch assignments or ad ‑ hoc requests as needed.
- Contribute to systems and process needs related to operational strategy and acquisition integration.
- Build collaborative relationships across finance and cross ‑ functional teams to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in a finance or accounting role supporting reporting, analysis, or planning activities.
- Foundational understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets.
- Proficiency with financial systems and tools (such as Oracle, HFM, MS Office).
- Advanced Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, Power Query, and related tools).
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort interpreting financial data.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, exercise good judgment, and work through ambiguity.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%, or as business needs require.
- Ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- MBA, CMA, or CPA.
- Experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation or Oracle Costing modules.
- Prior experience working at Emerson.
