Job Description
The IT Provisioning Manager - Network Services has the primary ownership of leading projects for Managed LAN and WLAN Service provisioning as defined by Emerson IT. The role may expand to other network services as the service landscape evolves.
Additionally, the IT Provisioning Manager - Network Services will be responsible for delivering the agreed level of services to internal service consumers and for using associated applications, technology and infrastructure supporting the delivery of these services in an ITIL-inspired environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To ensure excellent execution of Network Services Provisioning Projects and Programs aligned with business demand, onboarding, and acquisition initiatives.
- To apply project/program management skills to meet I&O requirements while fully understanding scope, budget, and goals.
- To act as the primary stakeholder contact and maintain high stakeholder satisfaction.
- To optimize provisioning timelines and coordinate tasks to simplify processes for local IT teams.
- To enforce Emerson policies, security standards, and IT procedures while collaborating with other teams as needed.
- To manage own project portfolio in line with I&O priorities, capacity, and roadmap commitments.
- To maintain accurate project data in Workfront and support accuracy in GAMS.
- To oversee resource capacity within projects, proactively addressing constraints with resource managers.
- To promote efficiency across all work practices and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- To work independently with minimal supervision and handle additional duties as assigned.

You are detail-oriented, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, multitasking environment. You are passionate about quality and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance production processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Education to degree level or equivalent, but experience may be considered instead of formal education.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing IT-related projects of medium/high complexity, in an international, preferably large enterprise environment.
- ITIL or equivalent awareness or certification.
- Language knowledge: fluent in business English (speaking / writing); any other languages are considered an advantage.
- Willingness to travel (up to 10% of the time).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Project and Program Management as used in Emerson IT (Waterfall, Agile knowledge).
- Professional Certifications: PMI or equivalent certification.
- Very good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer focus, diplomatic savvy.
- Technical affinity, basic understanding of a LAN and WLAN infrastructure and its terminology.
- Ability and flexibility to manage challenges of remote communications and different time zones.
- Process improvement experience.
