Position Summary:  

Katz, Sapper & Miller (“KSM”) has aManageropportunity to join their growing Transaction Advisory Services (“TAS”) team. This role provides a dynamic & flexible environment, with learning opportunities in working with private equity and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements. The KSM TAS team willprovidethe opportunity to drive your own career path& advancement.  

As a manager you will have the opportunity to lead in an energetic atmosphere, activelyparticipateand lead quality of earnings projects through analyzing financial details and discussions with management and their advisors. 

Responsibilities:  

Manage and oversee engagement teams on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements/projects

Analyze financial and operational results of targetcompanies

Evaluate financial information,identifydiligence issues and opportunities as well as recommend post-acquisitionactions

Prepare and review reportsregardingdue diligence and financialanalysis

Research and analyze industry standards,trendsand targetcompanies

Work closely with executives, investment bankers, private equity and corporate clients,attorneysor otherstakeholders

Supervise,developand train staff on engagements. Evaluate performance andparticipatein individual's performance appraisalprocess

Interact directly with directors and partners on matters related to client and engagementmanagement

Strengthen existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities by providing outstanding clientservice

Communicate with business owners, executive management, investors,lendersand other sophisticated parties to ensure delivery of exceptional clientservice

Invest in professional development through active participation in training sessions and networking events both internally andexternally

Demonstrate excellent team skills, positiveattitudeand high ethicalstandards

Requirements/Qualifications: 

4-6 years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines or applicable experience in corporate finance or accounting

1-3+ years’ supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates desired

Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related

Certified public accountant (CPA) – preferred

High motivation,initiativeand positive attitude

Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple prioritiesappropriately

Intermediate modeling and excel skills, experience conducting complex quantitative 
and qualitative financial analysis and ability to generate data-driveninsights

Ability to work autonomously, to meet tight deadlines, and to thrive in a fast paced 
environment with shiftingpriorities

Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to 
management and ability to lead and driveinitiatives

Ability to work effectively and thrive in a team environment with all levels of client personnel in variousindustries

Ability to comfortably interact with senior level client personnel, including supporting the preparation of andparticipatingin executivebriefings
