Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the overall digital marketing strategy including the management, planning, design, development, implementation, and analysis of various digital applications, including websites, email marketing,
marketing automation, CRM administration, paid digital advertising, HTML/CSS email development, analytics implementation, content marketing, and all other digital marketing efforts. Manages the technical automation and deployment of digital and email marketing campaigns. This position ensures high-quality, targeted communications, handling list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the development of digital media strategy to drive online traffic to the company websites ensuring it supports all marketing and business efforts across the organization, adhering to brand standards and business priorities
- Metadata management, sitemap configuration, and content readability optimization using Yoast and Google Search Console; ensure site structure is efficient and keyword relevancy-focused
- Continuously implement new ideas and techniques to enhance UX/UI across multiple digital channels and customer touch points
- Work with the digital/web team on the marcom team to launch digital campaigns that effectively reach target markets and cultivate new markets for expansion
- Develop, evaluate, and oversee implementation of A/B testing protocols for email marketing & website optimization
- Stay up to date on all digital marketing initiatives including emerging digital platforms
- Serve as back-up for creating, updating, and managing product pages to support consistency and engagement across multiple sites
- Leverage and analyze data and analytics to evaluate new opportunities, identify trends and develop new tools to boost digital marketing efforts; implement and maintain tracking, conversion events, and performance reporting via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Have a strong working knowledge of WordPress, Divi, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, and WPEngine; administer and maintain CRM and marketing automation platforms including contact records, pipelines, segmentation, and data integrity; build and manage automated email sequences, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing workflows
- Design, code, and maintain responsive HTML/CSS email campaigns and templates; QA and test emails across devices, browsers, and email clients using tools such as Email on Acid; develop HTML for paid eblasts deployed through third-party vendors and media partners
- Develop and manage website form-based pages; build and manage lead capture forms with conditional logic and CRM integrations using Gravity Forms; QA and test new website development and enhancements
- Build and maintain cross-platform automations using Zapier to connect data captures, CRM, and marketing tools; maintain working knowledge of Google Cloud tools and API platforms (Maps API, reCAPTCHA, etc.)
- Perform data import, personalization, and mail-merge for customized communications including rebate statements, price lists, and personalized/conditional content; coordinate data supply for print personalization in collaboration with art directors
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, XD) for design and production support; create graphics and manage content rotation for digital signage and in-office displays; develop PowerPoint templates (.POTX) and internal communication templates using Backstitch, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Create, manage, and update QR codes for marketing and internal use; provide weekly and monthly reporting for product knowledge training websites
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communication, computer science, or a related field is required.
- 3–5+ years of experience in a similar role or related field
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template adjustments and data querying skills (e.g.,SQL) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Backstitch, WordPress, Divi, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, WPEngine, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, XD) for design and production tasks.
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
