Position Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with Baltimore Aircoil Company’s (BAC) hiring teams to deliver full life-cycle recruitment across technical, engineering, and manufacturing roles. This role is responsible for building strong candidate pipelines, shaping a positive hiring experience, and positioning BAC as an employer of choice.

You will develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, leverage data and technology (including AI-enabled tools), and influence both candidates and hiring leaders to drive strong hiring outcomes while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies aligned to workforce needs
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by setting expectations, sharing market insight, and guiding hiring decisions
Lead full life-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer development, and close
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using ATS, job boards, social platforms, and industry networks
Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience for candidates and hiring teams with clear, timely communication
Use data, reporting, and market trends to improve recruiting effectiveness and speed to hire
Leverage AI and recruiting technologies to enhance sourcing, screening, and overall efficiency
Coordinate offer development and negotiation to secure top talent
Ensure compliance with employment laws, OFCCP requirements, and company policies
Support hiring events, site visits, and recruiting initiatives as needed

Nature & Scope

Reports to the Sr. Talent Acquisition Leader, Global Coordination, and supports hiring across multiple functions and locations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist operates in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities driven by business demand and growth.

This role requires:

Close partnership with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and external partners
Ownership of requisitions and accountability for hiring outcomes
A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
The ability to influence hiring decisions without direct authority
An ongoing focus on improving processes, candidate experience, and recruiting effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in technical, engineering, or manufacturing environments
Experience advising hiring managers on recruiting strategies, HR practices, and employment regulations (including OFCCP compliance)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and sourcing across digital and traditional channels
Experience using an ATS (UKG or similar HRIS platforms preferred)
Demonstrated success engaging and converting passive candidates
Ability to build diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing strategies
Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and personal accountability
Experience in either an in-house or agency recruiting environment

Travel may be required, both domestic and international (up to 20%)

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $63,500-$108,800

BAC Employees are eligible to participate in an annual bonus incentive program.
