Position Summary
The RMS Support Process Manager serves as a key business partner supporting the implementation, adoption, and ongoing utilization of RMS (Supply Sync) and iTrade purchasing systems across Fresh department. This role partners with Kroger Technology and Digital, Replenishment Leaders, Commodity Buyers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to drive successful system transitions, support replenishment operations, and improve business processes.
As a subject matter expert and change champion, the Process Manager leads system transition and warehouse implementation activities, develops and delivers training resources, and supports user adoption efforts to ensure operational continuity before, during, and after go-live.
The Process Manager serves as a primary point of contact for Commodity Buyers and stakeholders, providing support for purchase order management, pricing activities, supplier setup, replenishment processes, exception resolution, and day-to-day procurement operations. This position also coordinates supplier information gathering, facilitates issue resolution, and partners with merchandising, supply chain, replenishment, and technology teams to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Success in this role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions to deliver effective business solutions and support replenishment and supply chain objectives.
Essential Job Functions
- This hybrid position will be required to work at the Kroger Store Support Center (SSC) at least two days per week based on your team’s schedule
- Provide supplier information for RMS (Supply Sync) warehouse transitions, and update requested reports on an as needed basis.
- Perform purchase order adjustments based off commodity buyer direction
- Complete price adjustments on an as needed basis in iTrade per commodity buyer requests
- Professionally and effectively represent both P.L. Marketing and peers with members of the Kroger Company Senior Management and suppliers
- Gain expertise in the categories you support, through both internal and external sources; stay current on those issues that most impact assigned categories
- Provide training and onboarding for new team members with continued focus around process improvement.

Minimum Position Qualifications
- 4 year degree in Business, Statistics, Economics or equivalent education preferred
- Minimum 1 year of Kroger space management experience preferred
- Proficient Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using Space Planning software; the ability to read and understand plan-o-grams
- Knowledge of the KOMPASS process
- Capacity to learn multiple computer systems and web-based applications
- Experience functioning in a corporate office environment

- Highly motivated self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
