What You’ll Do:

Support day-to-day office operations and help ensure the office runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, equipment needs, and related ordering in coordination with internal teams.
Coordinate vendors and service providers for office maintenance, equipment, catering, cleaning, postage, security, and other office needs.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, preparing reports, completing research, and supporting team communications.
Assist with office events, meeting logistics, office moves, and workspace planning.
Help maintain an office environment that reflects FCL Builders’ brand, culture, and workplace standards.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, office systems, and daily workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent administrative experience will also be considered.
Three or more years of progressively responsible administrative, office coordination, or office management experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively in a busy office setting.
Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, with internal teams, leaders, vendors, and external partners.
A proactive, service-oriented approach and the ability to maintain a professional, welcoming office environment.
Comfort using Microsoft Office tools and general office technology, including copiers, calendars, shared files, and reporting tools.
