Position summary: Responsible for office administration tasks.

Pay range is $20-$26/hour. Salary range is based upon background and level of experience.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

Answer and transfer incoming calls
Document editing and type correspondence
File documents
Copying documents
Process incoming/outgoing mail
Maintain tidiness of office areas
Assist with administrative tasks on various projects
Meeting planning
Keep inventory of and order office supplies
Assist with engineering deliverables with regard to formatting, proofreading, production, and delivery
Assist as needed with marketing deliverables with regard to production and delivery

Nonessential Functions And Responsibilities

Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Experience

Qualifications Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications Preferred

Related experience
Proficient with Adobe Professional
Proficient with Microsoft SharePoint
Experience with Revu Bluebeam and Bently ProjectWise a plus.

Working Conditions

Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
