Overview
Are you a driven civil engineer looking for purpose-driven work, career development, and real ownership in your projects?
At MSA, we don’t just design infrastructure — we design communities. We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Project Engineer – Transportation to join our St. Paul team and help us shape the future of transportation across the Midwest and beyond.
Who We Are
For more than a century, MSA has partnered with communities to design places where people live, work, and connect. Since 1919, our work has helped shape the infrastructure and spaces that allow communities to grow—supporting families, local businesses, and neighborhoods that feel like home.
What started as a single entrepreneurial engineer in Baraboo, Wisconsin has grown into a thriving, 100% employee-owned firm of more than 400 professionals serving clients across the country. While our reach has expanded, our commitment to communities and clients remains the same.
Being 100% employee-owned ESOP means we take pride in every project we touch. Our people stand behind the quality of our work, the integrity of our relationships, and the trust we’ve built with clients over generations. At MSA, we believe the best results come from collaboration, shared ownership, and a genuine commitment to helping communities succeed.
