Our Opportunity

GPJ is looking for a bright, energetic Administrative Assistant to join our Austin office!

What You'll Do

Responsible for greeting clients and guests, tracking deliveries, answering phones and managing our office.
Make travel arrangements, handle timesheets, submit expenses, and manage calendars for two executives
Order and organize office supplies and coffee & snack deliveries
Order and arrange catering for meetings
Assist on special projects as needed

Who You Are

Outgoing – you love interacting with people and your up-beat personality is what others love about you

Eager – you are self-motivated and take the initiative to learn new things and you're especially excited to learn about GPJ and what we do for our clients

Interested in event marketing – perhaps you have a degree in hospitality or you're passionate about events, either way, you're interested in the work GPJ does for our clients

Communication skills that are tops – you're articulate and can draft a clear, concise email

Detail-oriented – no one has to tell you twice because you took good notes the first time, and you love post-its and "to do" lists

Flexible and dependable – people can count on you to lend a hand when needed and no job is too small

Discreet – as outgoing as you are, you also know the importance of confidentiality

What You'll Need

A high school diploma or equivalent
Customer Service Experience (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects flawlessly and efficiently
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
