Brewer Science, Inc. is a major innovator of high-technology solutions for the semiconductor / microelectronics markets. We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Commercialization and Quality Manager. This position will be located in Chandler, AZ.

Summary:

Project/Program Coordinators and Specialists play a pivotal role in orchestrating and optimizing various projects within the company. They are responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timely execution, and driving successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Same duties as Project/Program Coordinator II.
Additional duties as Project/Program Specialist I:
- Provide knowledge in facilities management and project coordination, offering guidance to project teams and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
- Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance plans, upgrades, and facility improvements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards and assist with audits, inspections, and corrective actions as needed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct data analysis and manage the entry of project data, ensuring accuracy and consistency while providing actionable insights that inform decision-making and improve project outcomes.
- Manage administrative tasks such as organizing project documentation, preparing compliance reports, and maintaining accurate data records, ensuring all materials are organized, up to date, and in line with legal and organizational requirements.
- Identify, develop, and implement improvements to data management practices and operational processes, driving efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Monitor and assess the quality of project data and operational processes, ensuring they meet or exceed established quality standards and industry benchmarks.
- Lead training initiatives for team members on best practices for data management, project tools, and operational workflows, enhancing team performance and process optimization.

Project/Program Specialist II

Same duties as Project/Program Specialist I.
Additional duties as Project/Program Specialist II:
- Assist in managing facilities and safety-related projects, supporting the team with expert insights and ensuring projects stay on track.
- Provide operational support for large and complex projects, helping to ensure they align with organizational goals, comply with regulatory requirements, and follow best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing updates, strategic recommendations, and managing expectations.
- Oversee the entry, validation, and comprehensive analysis of complex project data, ensuring high standards of accuracy and integrity.
- Evaluate and enhance project outcomes and data management processes, implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide mentorship to team members, promoting best practices in data management, operational support, and project execution.
- Conduct detailed data analysis, generate reports, and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.

Education & Credentials:

High school diploma and 15+ years' experience in a related role or
Associate’s degree in project management, business administration, or related field and 6+ years’ experience or
Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or related field and 2+ years’ experience or
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
