Being a Area Manager with ServiceMaster is a high-end opportunity in the commercial cleaning field for someone interested in a career path with advancement and growth.

Your schedule is mainly based on your time management and delegation, but we will coach you to improve those skills in this environment. A normal schedule is typically consistent office hours ranging from, 11am-9p Monday-Friday (8hrs per day average). Availability for remote work on nights and weekends is required but you will also be provided with a support team for those times to delegate on-site work to. This will be operating in the GSO area with multiple accounts.

Management experience is necessary, but we provide all additional training and supplies.

Center. We operate with our own fleet, warehouses, executive and payroll staff on-site.

Typical job responsibilities for a Regional Manager involve:

New account startups
Client liaison
Overseeing inventory control
Training employees
Budget management
Quality control
Coverage management

Candidate Qualifications:

Minimum 18 years of age or work permit holder
3-year minimum management experience
US Citizen or Green Card holder
Reliable transportation
The ability to fill out paperwork online
A reliable means of communication such as phone, text, or email
Clean background check preferred
Commercial cleaning experience a plus, not required
Bilingual is a plus.
