You'll join a 25-person team comprised of 5 3-person delivery teams, 2 inventory associates, 2 repair associates, 3 customer support associates and our 3 leaders - - working as member of a 3-person delivery team. When you are in the delivery role, you will work, in an alternating pattern, as either the driver or the partner as a two-person team to deliver high-quality, American-made home furnishings to our customers throughout the Seattle area. Approximately every 2 weeks, you will work in our delivery center in the merchandise quality role, where you will prepare products for delivery to ensure top quality for our customers. Your additional responsibilities in the warehouse will include product staging, basic assembly, and quality inspection.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 6:00am-2:30pm, with paid overtime

Additional requirements to be a Delivery Driver:

A genuine passion for serving customers, demonstrated through prior experience in a customer-facing delivery or customer service role, is highly valued and preferred
At least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license
Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided)
Able to lift/carry heavy items with the assistance of a team member and/or proper lifting equipment
Proficiency in spoken and written English is required to ensure effective communication with your delivery partner, internal teams and customers
Able to pass pre-employment requirements, including a 5-panel drug screen (no THC)
Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire

What we offer our Delivery Drivers:

Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 / year ($26.45 - $28.85/ hour)Our salary is guaranteed with occasional paid overtime. Salary offered is based on experience/qualifications.
