Project Manager, Senior Engineer

EnSafe is expanding its team and seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager- Geologist or Environmental Engineerto join our Pensacola, FL Office. Relocation assistance is authorized for this role.

EnSafe has adeptly and concurrently executed hundreds of cleanups at military installations, Superfund sites, Airports, and other Commercial, Federal, and State sites.

What We Are Looking For

The Senior Project Manager we seek is the problem-solver and an environmental strategist known for hands-on practical experience in investigations and assessments who is ready to lead our team. A Senior Geologist or Engineer who enjoys working on a wide range of projects in an environment that fosters creativity, collaboration at all levels, a culture of support, and professional growth will thrive at EnSafe. We empower staff to practice our profession passionately and without limitations. EnSafe is a sell/manage/do organization, so your duties will also include supporting marketing/business development efforts and serving in a managing role over support staff.

What You Will Be Doing:

Planning and executing large-scale investigations of soil/groundwater contamination and vapor intrusion studies under CERCLA and RCRA.
Serving in a supervisory role over support staff.
Compiling and interpreting investigation data, compiling, and interpreting investigation data, preparation of technical reports.
Writing technical reports and evaluation and implementation of responses/corrective actions
Supporting marketing/business development efforts.
Serving in a supervisory role over support staff.
Project sites will include Superfund sites, large, complex federal facilities/military installations, and commercial/industrial properties,

What You Will Need:

BS in Geology, Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering.
Minimum of 9 years of experience
Professional licensure in Geology or Engineering is required.
Previous Experience executing projects under federal assessment, remediation, and munitions programs preferred.
Current HAZWOPER Certification is desirable.
Valid driver’s license to operate a vehicle in the U.S.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. throughout the day.
Regional travel up to 35% on an annual basis.
