How the General Application Works
A General Application is not an application for a specific open position and does not guarantee contact, an interview, or employment. To help us understand where your sales experience and interests may fit:
- Submit a current resume that reflects your sales results, customer relationships, industry or technical experience, and other relevant accomplishments.
- Identify the types of sales roles, industries, territories, and work locations that interest you.
- Tell us how you heard about Caltrol.
- Continue to review our Careers Page for current opportunities.
- Submit an updated resume or application if your experience, contact information, or career interests change.
By submitting a General Application, you authorize Caltrol to retain your application information for one year and consider you for current or future opportunities. After one year, please submit a new application if you would like to remain in our talent community. You may request earlier removal by contacting [email protected].
Submitting a General Application does not replace applying directly to an open position.
Caltrol generally does not provide employment-based visa sponsorship. Sponsorship availability, if applicable, is determined based on the specific position and business need and will be communicated during the hiring process.

Caltrol collects and uses applicant personal information for recruiting, hiring, employment, compliance, and related business purposes. Applicant information is handled in accordance with applicable law. Privacy-related questions or requests may be directed to [email protected].
