The Viewpoint Vista ERP Manager will play a crucial role in the coordination, implementation, and management of the Viewpoint Vista ERP system. This position acts as the technical liaison between business units, IT department and outside vendors ensuring the ERP system aligns with business processes and meets the organization’s needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Oversee the configuration, installation, and upgrades of the Viewpoint Vista ERP system.
Manage SQL database, including programming and integration with various software systems.
Develop complex reports using Microsoft SQL, SSRS, Crystal Reports and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
Collaborate with departments to enhance the use of the ERP system through process improvement and configuration changes.
Maintain up-to-date technical and user documentation for the ERP system.
Ensure compliance with data management and security protocols.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate analysis.
Other duties as assigned by the IT Manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience working with Vista Viewpoint software and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful insights.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate analysis.

Ability to provide self with a safe work environment when working with various software and information technology equipment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to hear and speak clearly with professional standard grammar.
Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs., must have dexterity of fingers (or mechanical substitutions).
Normal vision range (with or without corrective eye ware).
Ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols 100% of the time.
