Job Title: Office Manager / DOFI (Driver of First Impressions)

Location: On-Site, Mountain View, CA.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary:

As the Office Manager / Driver of First Impressions (DOFI), you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and guests. You will ensure that the office operates efficiently and maintains a welcoming and organized atmosphere. Your role includes overseeing the front desk, managing office supplies, supporting various departments, and assisting with special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients, visitors, and guests, directing them to the appropriate team member.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, as well as manage messages and appointments.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, recordkeeping, and managing incoming and outgoing mail and leads.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, kitchen, and conference rooms.
Oversee and restock all office necessities of office supplies
Manage entire office building
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing departments on various projects.
Collaborate with HR on various events and projects
Manage incoming leads in the CRM and collaborate with the CEO on special projects.
Assist with event planning and execution.
Complete other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous client service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with electronic devices.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Professional demeanor and attire in accordance with company policies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Experience with CRMs.

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience $26.00-$32.00 Hourly Non-Exempt
