Liability Claim Associate – (Scottsdale, AZ)
We are seeking top talent to join our growing team in Scottsdale. This hybrid role, after an initial training period, offers a great opportunity to build a career in liability claims. Working Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, you will provide essential administrative support to our claims staff.
You’ll handle tasks such as setting up appraisals and car rentals, summarizing important correspondence, and managing documents like police reports and bills. Strong MS Office skills are required, and previous office or administrative experience is helpful—especially in an insurance setting.

Responsibilities
Provide support to claim staff on client specific team.
Receive, identify and upload documents to claim files.
Handle incoming calls and return calls as directed.
Liability and Workers’ Compensation accident report gatekeeper as needed.
Assign liability claims based on claim type and adjuster availability.
Monitor manager approved vacation schedule and update assignment spreadsheet accordingly.
Enter accident reports as needed.
Complete ISO indexing on BI claims.
Compliance with service commitments as established by the team.
Assist claims handling team with projects as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
Associates degree or two year’s related business experience required.
Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
Computer Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Adjusters license may be required based upon jurisdiction.
