GPJ is looking for a bright, energetic Administrative Assistant to join our Austin office!
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for greeting clients and guests, tracking deliveries, answering phones and managing our office.
- Make travel arrangements, handle timesheets, submit expenses, and manage calendars for two executives
- Order and organize office supplies and coffee & snack deliveries
- Order and arrange catering for meetings
- Assist on special projects as needed

Eager – you are self-motivated and take the initiative to learn new things and you’re especially excited to learn about GPJ and what we do for our clients
Interested in event marketing – perhaps you have a degree in hospitality or you're passionate about events, either way, you're interested in the work GPJ does for our clients
Communication skills that are tops – you’re articulate and can draft a clear, concise email
Detail-oriented – no one has to tell you twice because you took good notes the first time, and you love post-its and “to do” lists
Flexible and dependable – people can count on you to lend a hand when needed and no job is too small
Discreet – as outgoing as you are, you also know the importance of confidentiality
What You’ll Need
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Customer Service Experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects flawlessly and efficiently
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
