EMPLOYEE OWNER POSITION PURPOSE

The Warehouse Lead position exists to supervise the warehouse and delivery driver crew on a daily basis. This position will receive, store, issue, and deliver product from warehouse to delivery drivers and customers or to prepare shipments for delivery to various customers or locations.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise warehouse/delivery driver crew
Accurately confirm inventory that was distributed or returned
Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse
Open and close the warehouse daily
Order processing
Invoicing
Inventory control
Shipping receiving

Qualifications

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software and inventory database programs
Organization and time management
Forklift experience/certification highly preferred
Customer and Personal Service Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Good active listening skills and attention to details

Schedule:

Monday Friday from approx. 7:30AM 5:00PM

Ability to consistently lift up to 25 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs
The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer) or at a distance
The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects.
The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp manipulate, or assemble objects.
Ability to climb 12-14 ft platform ladders
Ability to run, maneuver, navigate or drive a vehicle or warehouse equipment
Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
