Overview

Highlight is seeking a Team Lead to join a help desk team supporting Center for Medicaid and Medicare Services. This team will be supporting callers who have received unexpected medical bills.

This opportunity is fully remote.

Responsibilities

Managing shift scheduling
Real-time monitoring of help desk calls
Coaching staff on best practices/HIPAA guidelines/escalation needs
Maintaining service level agreements for help desk
Acting as point of escalation for help desk calls regarding unexpected medical bills

Qualifications

Experience supporting a help desk or call center in a healthcare environment.
Experience supervising a team of customer service specialists/help desk analysts.
Technical expertise in managing day-to-day contact center calls, including escalation.
