We are seeking an Associate ERP Administrator to join our team and play a vital role in the effective implementation and support of our ERP system. This position focuses on ensuring that system changes are seamlessly integrated, meticulously documented, and adequately trained to maintain accurate data and optimal performance.
As an Associate ERP Administrator, you will oversee the structured management of ERP system information, ensuring any enhancements improve system reliability, maintainability, and longevity. Your responsibilities will include assessing and documenting the impact of changes on system processes and outputs, guaranteeing all adjustments contribute positively to functionality and performance.

A variety of these traits will help land you this job. If you have:
- a High School Diploma or GED Degree
- 0-5+ years of work experience in a technical-related role with 0-2+ years hands-on experience working with business users and technical staff leveraging an SDLC methodology, preferably in the print industry or manufacturing environment

- be flexible and able to adapt activities quickly based on business needs
- have strong communication skills
- work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- demonstrate solid organizational skills
In this position, you will:
ensure the proper standards of configuration are being followed, performs periodic audits to guarantee accurate data and provides validation for version release to configuration items.
verify proposed changes are systematically considered to minimize adverse effects. Changes to the system are proposed, evaluated, and implemented using a standardized, systematic approach that ensures consistency, and proposed changes are evaluated in terms of their anticipated impact on the entire system.
research, develop, maintain, and implement configuration proposals.
maintain current and historical configurations of the system to accurately determine the product life cycle.
document all issues, bugs, changes, and current configurations. Reports changes, bugs and issues to affected business users.
collaborate with business users in the facilitation of orderly management of system information and system changes for such beneficial purposes as to revise capability; improve performance, reliability, or maintainability; extend life; reduce cost; reduce risk and liability; or correct defects.
collaborate with members of the software development team to manage and document the development of new and enhanced functionality and the implementation of process and tool improvements through tracking such changes.
work to learn all aspects of the business as it relates to the ERP system by understanding current and future processes, data inputs and outputs, and functionality. Retains an understanding of how the systems interact and integrate with another.
perform other projects and tasks as assigned by management.
