Receptionist

Location: Bloomfield, CT
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Up to $22/hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to serve as the face of our clients company in Bloomfield. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor.

What You’ll Do as a Receptionist:

Manage the front desk, answering calls, greeting visitors, and providing a welcoming first impression.
Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Support other departments with light tasks, including sorting mail, managing supplies, and handling basic accounts payable documents.
Ensure the front office is clean, organized, and always presentable.

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
Professional presentation, including business attire and excellent customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort with office equipment.
Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.
