We are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our Co-Managed IT Support team in Gurugram, India. This role will play a key role in driving operational excellence across our IT Co-Managed support function, providing technical expertise, mentoring junior support engineers, and ensuring seamless delivery of IT services to users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex IT incidents and service requests from global users
- Lead the India helpdesk team in diagnosing, resolving, and preventing recurring technical issues
- Manage and support advanced Office 365 administration
- Oversee identity and access management, device compliance, and endpoint security across multiplate platforms
- Administer Windows and Linux servers including patch management, backup testing, and deployment of new systems
- Collaborate closely with US based Tiers 2 and 3 and infrastructure teams to ensure system stability and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement by developing standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 5 - 8 years of experience in IT helpdesk roles or system administration roles
- Advanced certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Support Engineer for Connectivity Specialty (AZ-720), Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-100/101)
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and other Microsoft products
- Understanding of network fundamentals, VPN, and remote connectivity troubleshooting
- Expertise in managing both cloud (Azure/AWS) infrastructure and on-premise infrastructure (Hypervisors, Servers, LAN/WAN infrastructure, SANs, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
