Accounts Receivable Coordinator:

Salary: $60,000-$70,000

What You’ll Do as the Accounts Receivable Coordinator:

Own full-cycle accounts receivable responsibilities as the Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Prepare and process customer invoices, including progress billing and job-cost related billing
Monitor payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve billing questions
Partner with project managers and internal teams to ensure billing accuracy
Keep AR records organized and support month-end and reporting needs
