Project Accounting Manager – Build the Financial Engine Behind Global Construction

Our client is an international construction company delivering complex, high-value projects across global markets — and they are looking for a Project Accounting Manager who doesn’t just track numbers, but drives performance.

The Impact You’ll Make

As Project Accounting Manager, you will:

Lead and develop a high-performing project accounting team, setting the standard for accuracy, accountability, and collaboration.
Own job costing strategy, ensuring every project dollar is tracked, analyzed, and optimized.
Oversee billing operations, managing contracts, safeguarding revenue flow while maintaining strong client relationships.
Direct WIP reporting, transforming data into actionable insight for executive leadership.
Manage budgets, costs to complete, cash flow and margin forecasts for large multi-million dollar global projects
Partner directly with operations, project managers, and senior leadership to influence financial outcomes across international projects.

What you Bring:

7-10 years of experience with construction job costing and WIP reporting
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Supervisory experience leading and mentoring a team
you are a collaborative person with clear professional communication
large global company experience

Salary: $110K-120K
