JMT Technology Group, a leading geospatial and software development solutions provider, is looking for an energetic project assistant to support the needs of the team. The project assistant will collaborate with our CIO, practice leader, project directors and managers, business development staff, marketing staff, and subject matter experts throughout JMT to be an integral part of the overall success and growth of the group. We are looking for someone who has an eye for detail, the ability to form relationships, willingness to learn, and the enthusiasm to be a part of our amazing team!

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

Prepare contractual documents, price proposals, fee/task proposals, funds reallocation requests, and other project-related documentation for submission to clients.
Build and manage relationships with vendors, subconsultants, and clients through tracking of project deliverables, invoices, and reporting for budget tracking.
Become familiar with the technology used to perform our business including Power BI, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Finance and Operations, Hyland OnBase, Adobe Suite, and more.
Explore other aspects of our business by providing administrative support to the CIO, Deputy CIOs, and Directors.
Help us win work by supporting proposals, organizing client contracts, and coordinating monthly billing.
Gain experience in planning, scheduling, and executing internal and external events including conferences.
Keep our team on point by capturing meeting minutes and tracking action items.
Perform other related duties, as assigned.

Required Skills

Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams and PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and efficiency
Diligence and strong work ethic
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow directions
Good team-player

Required Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
0 - 4 years of relevant experience required

Preferred Experience

Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field
Knowledge of Microsoft Project®

Working Conditions

JMT offers a flexible working environment with a hybrid in office/at home work mix. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
