Responsibilities:

Identifies potential business partners and opportunities to develop new contacts.
Generates new leads for the Account Managers
Understands the competitive landscape and assists the Account Management team with insights to develop bids.
Collaborates with Marketing to develop and update collateral and online marketing efforts.
At the direction of the leadership team, assist with the development of new market initiatives for business opportunities.
Develop solutions for a business development framework and work with the CSO to implement a structure that will partner with Marketing and Account Managers
This position will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer

Key Qualifications

Have 7+ years of demonstrated success in a Business Development role.
Experience managing customer leads by leveraging company CRM.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, follow-up, and documentation skills.
High energy, self-starter, and goal oriented. Eager to meet and exceed goals and targets.
Comfortable making group presentations to customers.
Valid Drivers License
