Sales Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a friendly and detail-orientated individual to fill our Sales Administrative Assistant position. This position plays an important role in the company’s success and the responsibility of making sure all operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. You will act as the backbone of our daily operations, facilitating communication across departments, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Pay: $18-$20 Per Hour

Location: Lewisville office (In Person)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

Perform clerical and administrative functions
Greet employees as they walk in and attending to walk-in inquiries and solicitations
Responsible for front door and back door deliveries
Arrange car rentals and hotel set up for tradeshows
Make travel arrangements when needed
Preparation of all materials and forms for luncheons and associated costs
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate party
Document incoming phone leads for sales team
Compile and submit bids as needed
Manage office supply inventory for offices in Lewisville, Austin, and OKC
Maintain postage meters with supplies, order toner, and restock supplies in the breakroom
Communicate with outside cleaning crews about specific needs and complaints if needed
Other office duties as assigned

Qualifications

Prior Customer Service/Front Desk experience is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication
Knowledge of office functions
Good organization and multi-tasking abilities
Self-starter who takes initiative
High dependability and consistent work skills
Manages time effectively
Experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
