Join our dynamic team in Tacoma, where we believe that work should be both productive and enjoyable! We're looking for a friendly and welcoming Office Administrator to be the heartbeat of our office. If you enjoy organizing events, keeping things running smoothly, and making everyone feel welcome, this role is made for you! From baking cookies in our full kitchen and preparing weekly lunches to keeping our office supplies stocked and greeting guests with a warm smile, you'll be the go-to person for creating a positive, lively atmosphere. This role is perfect for a creative, warm, and proactive individual who loves being at the center of a bustling office and making a daily impact.

Responsibility Highlights for our Office Administrator

Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel
Support office logistics, such as preparing meeting rooms, managing appointments and conference room schedule, taking out trash, tidying up kitchens, and maintaining printers
Preparation of breakfasts, weekly lunches, light snacks and/or coordination of meals for office events and gatherings, scheduling and hosting monthly and weekly events and celebrations within budget
Support employees with requests such as planning for visitors, calling support/service providers, and organizing travel agendas/accommodations
Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, preparing documents and office correspondence including memos, resumes, and presentations
Purchasing office supplies, equipment, furniture and keeping office supplies well organized and overseeing office facilities/equipment maintenance
Collaborate on various projects related to the office

Minimum Qualifications to be our Office Administrator

Valid Driver License with a cleaning driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
Ability to be physically in the Tacoma Office 5 days per week

Preferred Qualifications for our Office Administrator

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Teams
Culinary and Event Coordination Skills
1+ year professional experience

A competitive salary! The genuinely expected range for this position is $25.00 - $36.00/hour depending on experience
