POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

Assist Secondary Marketing Manager in administering and processing mortgage loan disclosures to ensure efficient, accurate and timely delivery.

MAJOR AREAS OF responsibilities

1. Assist Secondary Marketing Manager in the delivery of accurate loan disclosures in a timely manner

2. Conduct research, as needed, to ensure the accuracy of information disclosed

3. Provide customer service to internal clients

4. Any other ad hoc needs of the team

Primary objectives

Assist the Secondary Marketing Manager in providing accurate loan disclosures in a timely manner.

Analyze data regarding the property, credit, and other aspects of the loan file to ensure the accuracy of disclosures.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Monitor the loan pipeline to determine when disclosures need to be sent, review data to ensure documents are accurate and deliver the data per the appropriate method per TRID requirements.

2. Review the loan file for accuracy of data input. Contact Loan Officer or Loan Officer Assistant for any and/or additional information required.

3. Communicate with Loan Officers, Loan Officer Assistants and Processors to help reduce time constraints and inaccuracies on loan disclosures, as well as improve general knowledge amongst the sales and operation staff.

4. Clerical duties, as needed.

Job Requirements

Broad Knowledge & Experience

Administrative assistance, clerical, and customer service knowledge and experience. Mortgage banking industry, familiar with Conventional, FHA, and VA mortgage products. Clear understanding of the current TRID laws and guidelines.

Above Average Skills

Teamwork and productivity skills. Must possess excellent problem solving and customer service skills.

Demonstrated Ability

P/C computer skills with solid understanding of MS Office and the ability to use the loan origination system.

General Knowledge

Administrative practices and procedures.

Education & Experience

Degree or Equivalent

High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-4 year college curriculum preferred.

Years’ Experience

Minimum one year experience and/or training.

Specialized Training

Knowledge of Encompass Database software and or equivalent along with basic computer skills.

Work Environment

Physical Demands

Office environment. Daily computer use and close vision. Regular attendance is required.

Fast paced, high volume activities.

Temperament

In order to succeed in this position, attention to detail in a fast paced environment with excellent customer service skills is a must.
