Qualifications

Required:

A minimum of 15 years of experience leading systems engineering, analysis, development, integration, and test activities required to deliver complex next-generation software-based multi-INT, Activity Based Intelligence, automated collection orchestration, advanced sensemaking capabilities, object-based orchestration, production, and custody.
Knowledge of missions, roles, functions, organizational structures, and operations, which govern, interface with and/or influence the systems acquisition process and integrated life cycle management in support of the mission.
Demonstrated familiarity with data science, data engineering, and artificial intelligence concepts and algorithms.
Demonstrated use of programming languages and software to develop data pipelines and data products.
Demonstrated writing clear and maintainable code to clean, connect, query, and investigate large structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data sets.
Demonstrated design of rich interactive data visualizations and reports to communicate actionable insights and data/model limitations to the intended audience.

Education

Required: BS in scientific or technological discipline
Preferred: MS in scientific or technological discipline

Clearance Requirements

TS/SCI with Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph
