SR. PRODUCER, BRAND EXPERIENCE
This is a hybrid position, meaning you're empowered to work from home and our local office location.
At this time we are currently only interviewing candidates based in the Chicago, Denver, and NYC markets.
The Sr. Producer is responsible for leading and managing the successful development and activation of a variety of experiential programs for some of the leading brands in the world.
As a leader on the team, the Sr. Producer is responsible for the success of multiple projects; building strategic experiential marketing activation plans that align the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work. The Account Supervisor works in tight collaboration with their own team as well as the agency's other internal studios (creative, strategy, digital, integrated, content), alongside our clients, vendors, and partner agencies. At Motive, a successful Sr. Producer is an integral player and evangelist, leading the day-to-day efforts with key client relationships and accounts. You will write briefs, lead creative and partnership initiatives, manage communications, production plans, budgets and timelines. You will be responsible for helping bring big experience ideas to fruition; serving as the production expert and leading a team from concept through execution. You'll participate in client briefs, develop budgets, timelines, and logistical plans that bring amazing culturally-relevant experiences to life.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead the agency's day-to-day experiential production efforts with key client relationships and accounts.
- Serve as the strategic lead for projects; managing communications, plans, creative, budgets and timing and serving as the central touch point for questions, strategic guidance and support for internal and client teams.
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams/studios including Integrated, Creative, Digital/Social, Content to develop compelling brand experiences that meet client business goals.
- Clearly establish objectives and priorities for client initiatives.
- Oversee all aspects of event production from builds to mobile tours, establishing run of show, setting deadlines, management of set-up and breakdown.
- Manage high level relationships with key sponsorships, event properties and production partners.
- Lead he onsite execution of live event production.
- Multi-task and get the work done—on time, within project budgets and exceeding expectations.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of, and be conversant in, each client's business, industry and competitive landscape.
- Effectively present strategic and creative platforms to internal and external audiences.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of agency experience managing client relationships and their strategic experiential programs and projects.
- A problem solver and a creative thought leader with an appetite for creating exciting brand experiences.
- Experience working on CPG accounts preferred.
- Experience creating and managing budgets, timelines and project trackers.
- A strong 'self-starter' mentality and sense of responsibility.
- An outstanding presence and a reputation for being a strong "people person."
