We are seeking an On-Call Receptionist in our Alexandria, VA office. This position will be 15 hours per week.

MTSI’s core capabilities are Systems Engineering and Integration, Modeling and Simulation, Test and Evaluation, Acquisition and Program Support, and Mission Assurance services. Our expertise includes ballistic missile defense, air defense, air vehicle survivability, unmanned aircraft, flight test operations, intelligence support, and cyber/space/homeland defense.

Responsibilities

Maintain professional and welcoming reception area for the MTSI office
Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate employee or meeting room
Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate employees within the office
Order and maintain adequate inventory of office supplies
Maintain visitor log
Escort visitors within the facility
Receive secure packages in accordance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
Courier packages to USPS/FEDEX
Processes incoming/outgoing visit requests through the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)
Maintain Security Information Management System (SIMS) database
Assist with government inspections as required
Coordinate facility maintenance with building manager
Prepare packages for mail, UPS and Fed X delivery
Reserve office conference rooms
Order and monitor drink vendors
Assist with planning and execution of work lunches and company events
Maintain company credit card and monthly reconciliation

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook 365, Excel, and PowerPoint
Punctual and dependable

Minimum Educational Requirements

High School Diploma
