Kurt Manufacturing is adding a dedicated Customer Service Representative to our team. This role plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring seamless communication between the company and our clients.

The ideal candidate will bring 3 years of related experience, the ability to respond to customer requests or concerns with a positive, solutions-oriented approach, will be detail oriented and perform the duties of this position with a degree of accuracy.

Essential Functions

Respond to inbound customer requests - establishing and maintaining positive working relationships through verbal and written customer communication while answering questions or responding to concerns.
Prepare reports as directed; examples of reports include service log, open work orders, maintenance agreements, warranty work, billings, etc.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding the status of orders to both customers and technicians.
Create, maintain and update required databases and customer files while ensuring data is accurate and current.
Complete administrative tasks such as completing and filing required documents, etc.

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent
3 years of related experience

Preferred:

2-year degree or higher
6 years of related experience

Compensation

The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $19.10 to $24.20. The exact rate may be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.
