About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Spokane. You will lead projects for local agencies, tribes, state agencies and private developers.

As part of our team, you will report to our Operations Manager. You will have flexibility to work a hybrid schedule coming into the office to maximize integration, relationships and support our clients.

You Will:

Join our senior leaders to manage and deliver complex, civil infrastructure projects.
Pursue work and maintain client relationships.
Mentor and collaborate with our earlier career professionals.

You Have:

8+ years of civil engineering experience.
Professional Engineering license.
Previous project experience with any of the following, roadway, stormwater, sewer, water, or site development.
Demonstrated experience and success in delivering complex projects.
History of developing client relationships in the Northwest.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $105,000-$140,000+ depending on qualifications.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
