Business Analyst/Project Manager, Automation & AI Initiatives, you'll be at the forefront of exciting internal (and some external) projects, collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiency and solve complex challenges. You'll be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they deliver measurable results and contribute to our company's strategic goals. This dynamic role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, from initial concept to final implementation. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, define project scope, and create detailed project plans. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as you'll be responsible for keeping everyone on track and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You'll also identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead automation and AI projects from start to finish, including gathering comprehensive requirements, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, striving for measurable value creation and business efficiencies.
- Develop and manage project budgets, accurately forecasting internal resource needs and estimating external costs such as hardware, software, and vendor fees.
- Create comprehensive project documentation, including process flows, requirements specifications, and user training materials.
- Design and implement robust measurement plans to track project success, demonstrate ROI, and inform continuous improvement.
- Provide regular and transparent project updates to all relevant stakeholders, including executive leadership, maintaining clear communication channels.
- Identify potential project risks early and develop proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business units, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution, successful adoption, and long-term sustainability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a Business Analyst, IT Project Management or Technology Product or Solution Manager role, with significant project exposure to work automation or AI initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of the product development life cycle, specifically within technology-focused environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing development teams and technical projects.
- Proficiency with project management software.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving project needs.
Nice to haves:
- Exposure to various technology architectures.
- Familiarity with coding languages.
The candidate should be located in one of our office cities. We have a hybrid work from office policy, reporting into the office at least 2-3 days per week.
Salary Range: $120k - $140k
Salary is dependent on a variety of factors including (but not limited to) experience, skills, and location.
