We are searching for a motivated service advisor with outstanding customer service skills, and a great attitude for our Sacramento office.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office products and has had some vehicle service or dealership specific experience. General vehicle maintenance and technical repair knowledge will help the right candidate better serve our customer needs.

Core Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide excellent customer service from intake to release of vehicle, and perform any additional follow up
Strong Desire to Provide an Exceptional Client Experience
Maintain appropriate documentation.
· Provide updates to customers on status of repairs.
· Assist Customers in Maintain Their Vehicles
· Work in a team-based environment and achieve a common goal
