Quality Engineer Intern

At ConMet, our interns work on real manufacturing challenges — not just observation projects. As aQuality Engineer Intern, you will work directly with production teams to identify issues, analyze data, and implement improvements on the manufacturing floor. This role provides hands-on experience supporting quality systems, solving process problems, and contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment that assembles plastic components for heavy-duty trucks.

What You'll Do

Support quality improvement initiatives on the production floor
Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
Analyze quality and production data to identify improvement opportunities
Help develop visual standards and quality documentation
Work with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and engineering
Support projects focused on process stability and defect reduction
